First open a canvas 200x200, 0r 300x300 as you wish, here I use a white background.

Select the spray bush tool in your paint tool, the air brush, set the shape at 110, choose a gray color, trans

Then go under effect, material and choose texture filter.

A window will open and choose the first one, glass.
I have set the Scaling at 200, Level 20 and Smoothness at 0.

Click to select texture.

Here you have a choice of texture to use. the first row the fourth one I did choose.

Here is the result.

If you like it click ok.

Now make a selection with the selection tool and go under web to make a seamless tile, preview, if you don't like it play with the setting until you like the seams that blend together well. And voilą.

To experiment further.

Here is an other one with the same first tile we prepare with a different texture and setting.

You could also go under texture and add some texture from the material folder from PI or add your own.

Also after you have made it seamless, go under format, and use Hue and saturation to add some color, or use color balance it will give you a nice range of color when you play around with the setting.

Also I found that using see ocean texture is great for making stained glass.

Those here are a few example using different texture and played with the paint tool, use on some the dodge tool to make some area lighter and burn to make darker and them made them seamless.

Hope you have fun, with them, they have many use, decorate your web page or anything add them to yours frames or what ever you fancy.

Here is my award for making this tut. Hope you had fun.

Would love to see what you've come up with.
