There is rules for making your lines in pixels art. This is the right way to do it.  We must avoid making line like these  We must also avoid making double pixels in the line. Sometime we have no choice for drawing certain angle but we try to keep the one pixel together on the line and the two pixels together and so on, but must avoid at all time to double our line.
