First let's open our little bunny in Ulead Gif Animator.

Zoom in so it will be easier to work on.

Select the first frame, 1:Frame.

Choose the pick tool and click on the bunny in your workspace, this will make your bunny layer active in your workspace.

Now choose your magic wand, see the setting above your workspace, since my bunny is a true pixels art, I have set the similarity to 0, no Soft edge, no Anti-aliasing and no Connected pixels only.

Coffee break for me, hold on a few sec while I get my coffee......

Ok, where were we... lolll oh yes, we have set our magicwand tool and our bunny in our workspace is selected with the pick tool. I have decided to make mine a white bunny with a bleu bow and blue trimming.

See on the image on the left, where my blue color is showing, click on it and choose your color, you could choose your own color and decided what color your little bunny is going to look like.

Now that your color is chosen, click on the fill paint bucket, see the setting above, This is my default yours could be different, if you leave as is, you will have to fill paint bucket each pixels that are not connected. This could be handy if you only want to fill some of the color but not all.

But here we want to fill all of the same color, so put 255 in the similarity, transparency 0, no Anti-aliasing (unchecked) unchecked Allow painting on transparent areas, unchecked Fill connected pixels only.

Now that you have enter your new setting, click inside of one of your selection, it should fill all the same color you have selected.

Great.

Now we need to deselect our selection. Go to Object on the top bar menu, down to selection and click on none, (which we had a short cut key for this but there is none). This will make our selection desappear.

Click on 2:Frame and repeat the step with the same color, pick tool, select your bunny, magicwand, select the same red color, fill paint bucket click inside your selection, then deselect your selection.

Repeat this for all the frames.

Back to 1:Frames, select it, change your color, here I did chose the dark red color so since I'm making mine in blue color, I chose a dark blue color. Repeat the same step as before until you have done all the step for all the frames.
You keep on like before for each color you want to change, always matching the shade of color, if it is a light shade you match your value (color) to the shade.
Here my trimming are done and start on the bunny itself.
I work from darker shade to lighter shade of color (value), makes it easier when choosing your colors.
I keep on doing always the same step for all the frames.

Ok, here for the eyes, I did wanted to change them as well, and since the color is the same for the nose, I didn't want to have a blue nose, so I did change my setting. I did checked the fill connected pixels only.

with the fill paint bucket, I had to click inside of each eye selection but not the nose.

I did made the nose a dark pink and the mouth a light pink.

An other way to do this would be using the paint brush. with the pick tool, select your bunny on your workspace to make it active.

Select your paint brush. Same setting as in the image on the left. Square shape, Size:1, Transparency:0, Soft edge: 0, Line: free hand.

Now with your paint brush paint where you want to change your color but clicking on it or if you are using a pen and tablet, just touch where you want to change your color. Do this for all your frames.

Then change your color, and repeat all your step for all the frames and so on until your are done.

Once done, always zoom out and view the original size before going to the preview and or Optimize window.

This is what it look like when done, save your new animation with a new naming.

Great. Let's combined these two animation together, and arrange your Frames as above.

You will get this result. cool hey, our bunny is blinking.

Fast and easy way to make blinkie.

ok, now open your first bunny that we start with. Click on Video F/X on the top bar menu, and choose Darkroom then Hue & Saturation...

A new window will open, leave default setting as is and click ok.
It will open a new window. O the left image example you could see the setting I have choosen, once done click ok.

This is the result, it is a fast and easy way to make to blinkie. Pretty cool hey. I like this one, a lot specialy when it is fast and easy.
